When updating colors for your neighborhood, I take into consideration existing paint colors, fixed elements and the ethos of the neighborhood
We'll start with a phone conversation to understand the goals and existing rules of your neighborhood. With a plan in mind, I will make two onsite visits- one to visit the neighborhood and choose initial colors, the second to finalize colors with large paint samples.
My goal is to create a palette of updated paint colors that fit the style of homes and the flavor of the neighborhood while blending with existing stone, brick, roof color, etc.
You will receive a presentation packet to present to your ARC board for approval with a file that keeps your neighborhood colors organized and easily referenced as HOA members change.
